Senior Dance Nationals is a dance competition for dance teams and individuals that are 50+ in age!
​
Teams can perform up to three routines and teams members can be different for each routine. A max of 12 team members per routine.
​
Individual SOLO, Team, & Spirit awards will be given at the Gala Awards Party along with our 2026 Senior Dancing Queen title!
